As long as the sanitary liner is still in place, we can return your item. You are eligible for a refund, only if the garment arrives back to us 30 days from when it was delivered.
Shipping cost is non-refundable, unless we ship an item in error.
Returns will require the customer to pay for return shipping.
Please ship with tracking; we are not responsible for packages lost by shipping carriers.
To exchange, shop on the site as normal then return the item you do not want item and will refund your item after we have received and inspected it.

All items on *SALE* over 10% and/or marked FINAL SALE are no returns/exchanges, so please ask us any fit questions before purchasing to make sure you get your perfect fit!
Items purchased at full price are eligible for returns, please email us and we will help you!
Should you have any issues with your order, please email email@example.com within 5 days of receiving your order.
Additionally, we cannot accept washed or worn clothing with smoke or stains.

All orders shipped within the United States are sent via USPS First Class Mail and come with their very own Tracking number.
Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days from when you placed your order from our warehouse in Southern New Jersey and usually take up to one week to reach their destination.
PLEASE NOTE WE MAY EXPERIENCE DELAYS WITH LARGE SALES OR PRESS HITS!
We also offer priority shipping for orders via USPS that takes 2-3 Days. We recommend that if you are in a rush to get your bikini!
We cannot be held responsible for orders that go missing after obtaining a “Delivered” status and claims must be taken up with your local USPS branch, so if it can be delivered to a work or more secure address - we recommend it.
We ship all over the world except Germany. Depending on where you exist in the world, it can take longer than the standard one week for domestic shipping. Please be patient!
Customs and import duties may be applied to your order when it reaches its destination. Curvy Beach is not responsible for these fees.
Tracking information sent in shipment notification emails may take up to 24-48 hours to update with current location.
Depending on where you are in the world, your tracking may not update beyond the USPS origin scan.
If your domestic shipment info hasn't been updated within 48 hours of receiving your tracking number, please feel free to hit up firstname.lastname@example.org.
